I signed up to help decorate for the Halloween party but am not sure what time I need to be there??

This is a COSTUME party. Remember that close-toed shoes are required for all. 

 

We will be doing awards and announcements (as fast as possible). 

 

This will be a potluck:

-- Bring mess kits. If you don't have one, I think we have one or two for sale. We do have some paper plates and plasticware in the closet, but I really cannot promise we have enough. 

-- Bring a healthy dish or salad (not just pupus) to share. Please bring utensils needed to serve your dish. 

-- No need for desserts or sweets, as there will be plenty of that... The activities often double as trick-or-treat booths, anyhow. 

 

Drop-offs/carpools: 

-- Tigers always need an adult partner to attend with each boy. 

-- Wolves, bears, webelos parents: If you cannot make it, please arrange to have another adult be responsible for your son (i.e.: more than just present). If you bring more than one child, please do not offer to watch other children. 

-- We understand that parents juggle many priorities. If you can't make it, we still want your son to attend, so see if he can come with someone else. That said, Cub Scouts is meant to be something you do with your son, so we hope/expect that parents will attend whenever possible.
